This is a wonderful example of a dilemma facing many theaters in Minneapolis--including The Guthrie. No one has seemed to have read the memo: It's not business as usual, anymore.
2013--New world, new paradigms--especially when you speak of business...corporate or non-profit....especially those that create art, support art or have anything to do with art....times aren't changing...they've ALREADY changed.
Theaters need to look at their audiences and think, not only out of the box as far as attracting and retaining those audiences, but they can no longer ignore that dreaded word "inclusivity."
